Meet Kymberlee

Kymberlee Simantel of Winning Ways is a high energy facilitator that delivers a fun and interactive learning experience. Her diverse background in the hospitality industry, sales, marketing, television advertising and Leadership training created a need to deal with many types of people and propelled her into understanding her clients better. With understanding of personality insights she was able to increase production and became one of the top sales executives for a network television affiliate. As she used the tools, she became passionate about human interactions and behavior. She overcame many obstacles in her life, which only drove her forward to her passion of helping others to do the same.  As a single mother raising two teens  in a demanding career, she pursued studies, in Communication, NLP and Coaching. Kymberlee earned her Certification as a Human Behavior Consultant from Dr. Robert Rohm, International author, speaker and founder of the Personality Insights Institute in Atlanta, GA. Working with select Leadership Training Companies, she developed  and facilitated numerous programs that inspire and motivate people to make positive change in their lives. She coordinated a mentoring program for troubled teen girls.

Kymberlee’s training promotes self discovery. Her enthusiasm is contagious and the skills learned in her workshops are essential to the success of any individual or organization.
